Jane of All Trades Co.℠ is not an employer, staffing agency, contractor, or lead-generation service guaranteeing work.
Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old.
Accounts & Listings:
Service Providers maintain paid listings subject to approval and compliance. Customers browse listings and engage providers directly.
Fees & Payments:
Fees paid by providers are disclosed in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Payment does not guarantee leads, bookings, or income.
Independent Relationship:
All providers are independent professionals. Jane of All Trades Co.℠ does not control pricing, service delivery, or outcomes.
No Guarantees:
Jane of All Trades Co.℠ does not guarantee service quality, availability, licensing, or results.
Limitation of Liability:
Jane of All Trades Co.℠ is not liable for personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or disputes between users.
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Jane of All Trades Co.℠, LLC is registered.
